Does it show up still in lspci? If not, then check your BIOS
settings.
An Intel I217-V Ethernet Controller does show in lspci.
If yes, then check "journalctl -b" to see there's any
clue.
I can't see anything relevant in the journal but it is like looking for a needle in a
haystack.
