I don't understand why you have a router behind your windows xp box.
Both of the router interfaces are on the same network. No routing is
necessary here. Your windows box - in essence is acting as a router
because it is multi-homed running ICS. Get rid of the router and use a
switch or a cross-over patch cable to your linux box. Then make sure
the linux box has a default gateway of 192.168.0.1
