Since the OP mentioned the IP address to be 192.168.3.30 I didn't
see
the need to bring all that up.
I did, because I've seen modem routers which /helpfully/ forward all
incoming packets, or users that configure them to do so. Not to mention
users with wide-open wireless LANs.
The point about internal abuse/mal-use still stands, too.
