Is that the home partition on a live boot?
You can try running:
tune2fs -E force_fsck /dev/mapper/fedora_localhost--live-home

Will the command you suggested to me be permanent, in the sense that a
fsck will be executed on every boot? Or will the fsck be executed only
on one boot?
