The best I've found so far is a 50kb one in germany. But I'm in the US, and the ones I tried are all throttled to less than 20kb/sec.

I've opened a port range in iptables for it, but the NATing and such would appear to blind BT anyway. These machines, even if I gave you the address, are invisible except for a closed identd port to any scanner I've tried. And verizon blocks port 80 anyway. So I'm seriously stuck with ftp or http as a download method.
