FWIW, I use the classic Xscreensaver package, and I have it set to use
the same folder for its pictures as Xfce uses for my random desktop
images. You just opem the screensaver settings, go to the Advanced tab,
select Choose Randome Image, browse to the desired folder and Bob's your
uncle.
