Hi Erik;
I want to try and find out what is going on.
What is the difference?
Both kernels see and activate the wireless nic.
They both see ths SSID 'Fedora'
Sometimes they can see other networks.
But I cannot activate the connection with the new kernel.
You need to be a bit more specific about your hardware. From your
module list it looks like your wireless chipset may be one of the
Ralink ones. lspci -vv will tell you more (or lsusb if it's a usb
wireless card).
