Is the drive in question listed in /etc/fstab? If so, do the mount
options include noauto, and if not, why not? If the drive isn't
listed
in fstab, consider putting it there, listed by UUID and including
noauto
and see if that helps.
Did that, also disabled the raid.mount and raid.automount units, and
rebooted.
It didn't help.
