I can't find it as a retired package in dist-git... it was probably too long
ago. I would suggest just going through the regular process for a new
package.

was part of Fedora from 2003 to 2006. It was later retired as font
exception clause was not there in font licence. Version 1.99 and 2.1 was
distributed under GPL2+ font exception and current version of Mukti font is
distributed under GPL3+ font exception.
