How so?
Email is often used for most of decisions and discussions, if you want
to know about old threads you'll find here[1]. The most important
guidelines are available in our wiki/documentation L10n as I mentioned
earlier.
Where can I contribute?
Using the web platform, Zanata[2]. You'll find many well-known packages
that are included in Fedora and documentation as well, you can join there
using your FAS (Fedora Account System). Finally, once the coordinator of
our team (l10n-pt-BR) grant you privileges, you will be able to translate.
