But you can't refer to them as derived from Bluecurve, can you? Isn't

That doesn't mean (Red Hat's trademark policy notwithstanding) you can't use
that term descriptively. The icons _are_ derived from Bluecurve, and there's
no reasonable way to say that without using the trademark.
