We could just do:
1) switch to brtfs
2) have a separte /home by default
When updating:
1) create a snapshot of /
2) mount it
3) update stuff there
4) prompt for reboot
5) on reboot switch to the new snapshot
We could even keep the last one for rollback reasons.
