Invitation to Translations Team to add to Mindshare Quarterly Report

Hi there, The Mindshare Committee is working on establishing a new quarterly report. As I went to convert it into a CommBlog post[0], I realized that we were only covering the teams that have reps on Mindshare. I would like to invite the Translations Team to submit additions for the report on the corresponding ticket [1]. I will then add them to the CommBlog draft and get it published. A couple notes: - Participation is optional - Submissions should be in bullet form, not paragraphs - Please include any relevant links - This report intends to cover activity during Oct-Nov-Dec of 2021 - There is a "Help Wanted" section that all teams are welcome to add to - Please submit by end of day Sunday January 16th If the team wants to skip this one and participate in a later report, that is totally okay. We will also work to gather additions earlier in the process next time around. Moderators of our matrix room needed

Hi all, once more, who from us wants to become a moderator for our new matrix room? I imagine that at least 2 or 3 people should be moderators, which means basically that these people will function as mere admins of the room. True admin accounts will be ensured by the infra team. Hi all, what do you think about creating a matrix room for fedora-l10n on chat.fedoraproject.org? The room can be bridged with the #fedora-l10n IRC channel on Libera.Chat.[1] For reference and example, you might see the #fedora- doc channel. There are, for example, android and iOS clients available too.[2] The question for discussion is whether this move would be helpful to working of this team. How to translate the system administration documentation

Hello, I thought I'd try to translate some of the system administration documentation to Swedish. I must be doing something wrong, but what? My standard start page is https://translate.fedoraproject.org/languages/sv/ from where I select "fedora-docs-l10n/fedora-system-administrat" and wind up on https://translate.fedoraproject.org/languages/sv/fedora-docs-l10n-fedora-sy… That list only contains the message catalogs for the old releases F30 and F32. My idea was to start with rawhide in order to aim for pages people might actually want to read. But the only rawhide document in there is Wayland, all the others are missing. So I go to https://translate.fedoraproject.org/projects/fedora-docs-l10n-fedora-system… and from there go to page 5. There I pick the first rawhide document, Configuring_the_Date_and_Time and turn up on https://translate.fedoraproject.org/projects/fedora-docs-l10n-fedora-system… Only English is available, but there is a button "Start a new translation". I click it and come to https://translate.fedoraproject.org/new-lang/fedora-docs-l10n-fedora-system… I select Swedish in the menu, and click again "Start a new translation. It says it is updating in the background. But it doesn't seem to do so. At least I would expect there to be more available documents a while later, but after a day or so there still is just the English one there. What is it I miss?

Hello, We have incorrect translation here https://translate.fedoraproject.org/translate/fedora-docs-l10n-docs/antora_… but unfortunately it cannot be corrected right now since it is read only. Anybody can help us? Should be simply copy original string. Thank you. Andika Triwidada
