Hi,
Considering that the translations might contain AsciiDoc syntax errors (e.g. link:https://something with space between) that break the intended syntax, I was thinking about working on a programmatic way to check these translations to pop up warnings.
Things I believe would be necessary: 1- Get a list of documentations that are currently being translated to link respective translation repos and source code repo; 2- Figure out how to check each and run that for all docs listed;
Before I go running around possibly reinventing the wheel, do we have something to ease this task? Also, is there a centralized place for me to get this list of docs being translated?
Best regards, Rafaele
There is a build script to download translated strings and generate localized website. https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/translations-scripts/ You may want to try it to save you some time.
This generates logs, which contains info about broken asciidoc content. I assume you can ask it to be more verbose.
For down links, you'll need a tool to check link validity.
