One more question: as this will typically be translated as more than
one word, should there be an underscore between them instead of space
like in most other similar strings?
that doesn't matter now, as any underscores will be removed anyway
before a timezone is displayed. At some point in the future the original
timezone names will have their underscores removed, so using spaces
seems the best way to me.
