Hi
The coordinator list has been down for long, and it should be moved to
Wiki asap, otherwise many of new comers encounter communication problem
at the first place. Here is the complete file;

Anyone interests on working this task?
This can start from scratch by creating a wiki page with a table listing
the teams and their information, or can automate somewhat to migrate
into wiki.

It would be nice and useful to have contact information in Transifex too:
1. Coordinator for the language (mailto: link in the name)
2. For people who has a lock on a file, a mailto: link in the fas name
that appears in Transifex. It would ease communications in the team.

language maintainers (both translation-teams.xml.in and people.xml.in),
so hopefully nothing is lost from the old ones now.

Do we need the information of the other maintainers (i.e. package
maintainers)in the people.xml file to populate any part of translate.fp.o?
I don't think so. The file will still be in CVS, so we could migrate
that information pretty easily when we want.
