Red Hat translators will join F11 translation

Hi translation. The following language translators should come and join the teams. How much load they can contribute is totally up to individual availability. Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Oriya, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), and Japanese. Some of them are already known to it's team and FLP, and others may be new and will soon make self-intro. It would be much appreciated if you could give them support. cheers noriko
