Just noticed another problem. If your translation is 100% finished but wrong
there is no way to take it and fix it as it just shows "Finished"
If it's finished, everyone of that language group can commit to it. 99%
of all conflicts we get with files that aren't finished, so we thought
that to be reasonable.
