[Fedora] Plan Stage 1: Move to Zanata

Hi I've updated the wiki page and added the schedule. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N_Move_To_Zanata#Move_To_Zanata_Schedul... If any concern or missing, please advise. Currently I am planing to have fortnightly meeting in Brisbane with Carlos and Michelle representing Zanata team starting next week, and submit the meeting minutes here. However if anyone wish to hold different form of meeting or additional meeting, we should discuss and implement it according to the need. I like to hear any suggestion on this. Thanks noriko
